Job Description
- The Authorization Agent will manage daily patients needs with health care providers (Hospitals, Labs, Pharmacies, Clinics...) to assure high level of service quality and satisfaction.
- Issue Approvals/Rejections for the patients' prior approvals requests based upon their policies as well as their medical conditions.
- Her/his objective is to facilitate timely delivery and patient access to the various health care services.
- Make sure that all medical requests are handled according to the service level of agreement either through acceptance or rejection.
- Manage routine daily claims administration work.
- He is also responsible for giving online approvals to our providers for eligible services.
Job Requirements
- Strong organizing and planning skills to work independently with efficiency and accuracy .
- Bachelor’s degree .
- Very good command of English language.
- 1 – 4 years of experience.
- Must be working in full awareness of this field .
- excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
