Job Description
- Execute the mobilization and demobilization plan taking into consideration all necessary requirements.
- Execute the policy, measures, and regulations related to the project's admin services.
- Supervising and monitoring the lab laborer's employees' attendance at the site and issuing a report to Project Manager regarding that.
- Ensure the availability of general supporting services at the sites such as maintenance, cleaning, safety Lighting, water supply, health affairs, and communications.
- Executes the admin affairs of project employees such as: Receiving the new employees at the project site and introducing them to the various project sections, allocating them according to the recruitment plan.
- Arrange accommodation, work permit, and transportation of employees and coordinate with the HR Department at Head Office to renew these documents.
- Prepare the clearance for employees before annual leave or on termination.
- Prepare monthly attendance and forward it to the project accountant for preparing salary.
- Coordinates with Head Office regarding employee's leave application.
- Regarding performance reports of the employees he prepares the forms besides in due time transfer
- Arrange furnished apartments for project staff and follow up on their requirements and ensure cleanness, maintenance, and safety.
- Regulating the vehicle's movements and their drivers and monitoring the communications.
