Preparing of technical and financial proposals for clients.
Working with the internal team on different duties & responsibility in tenders, contracts and clients follow-up.
Seeking, preparing and negotiating tenders with respect to scope of work and pricing schedule.
Participating in the technical aspects of contracts drafting and negotiations, in cooperation with the senior management and clients.
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties for visibility, awareness and interpretation.
Practicing and identifying new prospects to acquire new clients or upgrading CPAS’ qualifications or opening other business opportunities.
Presenting CAPS’ qualifications to potential clients.
Working on expansion of CPAS’ profile.
Maintaining customer relationship and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service.
Preparing reports and keeping clients records.
Seeking and coordinating with outsource consultants, upon projects needs.

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
2 years of experience in Business Development in Engineering Consultancy field is preferred.
Outstanding presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills.
Strong communication skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent written & spoken Arabic & English.
