Job Description
The candidate will provide functional support in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems administration, problem resolution, support, process mapping, and training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Solve clients' problems over the phone and online
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from Faculty of Commerce is Plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Good in English
- Previous experience with ERP systems
