Job Description
- Reporting to the marketing director.
- Develop promotional/pricing strategies aligned with the marketing & sales strategies.
- Maintain strong and healthy client/trader relationships for long term relationship.
- Responsible for researching the market while figuring out the main players, products, and competition model.
- Targeting new markets in new territories.
- Promoting new products to current/new clients.
- Researching the market needs and products types, brands, prices, and demand gaps.
- Responsible for planning, formulating, and implementing trade discounts/incentives and freebies to ensure availability of the product at all collaborators outlets.
- Responsible for the survey of customer satisfaction level for all collaborators and dealing with their complaints.
- Researching the market for good opportunities of product addition to the company’s portfolio.
- Evaluating the performance of the retail collaborators and providing plans to enhance it.
- Responsible for planning trade promotions using a yearly schedule, utilizing seasonality, and market opportunities.
Job Requirements
- B.A. Commerce/Economics/Business Administration or B.Sc. in Engineering.
- Proven track record in a similar position.
- 7-10 yrs of trading and sales experience in a similar industry.
- An exemplary team leader, planner, and implementer.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Candidate should be very strategic and analytical in thinking and acting.
- Great knowledge of the trading market mechanisms, players, and products.
- Has a good experience in driving sales growth and increasing market share.
