Job Description
- Acts as a subject matter expert for their functional product area
- Effectively captures stakeholder needs and business value through engagement and analytical data
- Defines the backlog priorities to the team(s)
- Writes the iteration requirements, use cases, solution proposals, detailed features, and the user acceptance test cases and defines acceptance criteria of stories
- Collaborates closely with Scrum teams to plan and execute sprints/releases and ensure a successful delivery of the agreed scope.
- Prepare demos & presentations to stakeholders
- Takes corrective actions when risks/issues affecting release progress
- Reports release status & progress to stakeholders
- Develop & Maintain the scope statement
- Works with the team(s) to groom and refine the backlog
- Generate & share KPIs on release/sprint level and identify gaps
- Takes immediate actions to handle dependencies for the smooth progress of work
