Job Description
- Day-to-day management of the site including labor force, plant, and the work of any subcontractors.
- Assist the Project Manager in the execution of daily works.
- Survey the site and ensure that the site has been levelled properly according to the project drawings.
- Monitor job progress and ensure that civil contracted works meets all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity, quality, and contract target completions.
- Gather and analyze data and reports.
- Responsible for the maintenance and improvement in any of Al Karma developments projects.
- Analyze project costs and prepare budgets.
- Develop processing plans and optimize resource allocation.
- Plan and coordinate infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports and compliance documentation.
- Prepare cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for any required technical evaluation.
- Draw up work schedules and communicate any adjustments to team members and clients.
- Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with monitoring of all Sub-Contractor agreements to assure full compliance with the scope of work.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or architectural Engineering.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Primavera and MS Office.
- Knowledge of the building process and construction principles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills.
- Driving license.
