Job Description
# Contributes to developing RTA's technology strategy and the policies, standards, and procedures necessary toimplement it with a focus on smart services# Provides inputs into the demand management processes and the development of business and technicalrequirements discovery, analysis and documentation for the information technology smart servicesdepartment# Supports the director in developing the annual budget and forecasts, monitoring the implementation,evaluating and recommending specific adjustments during the implementation to satisfy project needs.# Supports the development of smart services enterprise architecture standards# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.# Supports the director with managing the resources needed for smart services, payments, channels andadvising on smart services infrastructure requirements# Monitors and reviews the smart services department portfolio for priorities, cost, risk, and the strategicbenefits to be realized# Works closely with the departments section managers to create the information technology departmentservice catalogue and reports on service level performance as per agreed SLA’s. Puts together and conductssatisfaction surveys for information technology strategy & governance department services# Constantly reviews and recommends smart innovation practices, monitors and reports the implementation ofinnovative services and solutions according to international standards# Monitors the availability of adequate resources to meet planned service level agreements for smart services,payments, and channels# Coordinates with customer service and marketing and corporate communication department to addresscustomer needs and improve adoption of smart services# Supports the director in rolling out specific department initiatives and running strategic assignments andprojects# Supports the director in planning and managing the development of smart services, payments and channelsacross RTA# Reviews and assesses activities to manage and implement programs and projects for smart services, paymentsand channels# Represents RTA in smart services forums, events, and awards
