Job Description
- Reporting to CEO and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
- Handling daily requests and queries appropriately
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of CEO.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
- Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
- Secretarial support for meetings as and when required by the CEO, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
- Manage and review the filing and office systems.
Job Requirements
- University degree or diploma relating to the field, preferred English section.
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- MS Office proficiency is a must.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
