Job Description

  • Execute recruiting plan and follow up on the interview process status.
  • Screen applicant's CVs to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Job posting.
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, and work closely with them to identify, draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity.
  • Onboarding plans and educates newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees.
  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications or regular email bulletin.
  • Assist in planning, creating and implementing each year’s training courses and Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
  • Seek and gather information from management, employees, and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve.
  • Train new hires on company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years in HR Generalist mainly handling Payroll, Personnel and Recruitment.
  • BA degree in Human Recourse or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • HR Certificate is preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft office user.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Highly Organized.
  • Strong people skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Minimum age 35 Years.
