Job Description
- The HR Manager needs to be responsible for all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
- Managing the recruitment and the selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the company
- Build & support the company's workforce, as well as handling employees' complains and finding solutions accordingly
- Performance management
- Handling the employees' social insurance, health insurance, labour office, etc
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as HR manager
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Indepth knowledge of labor law and employment regulations
- Bachelors degree in HR or a related field
- Leadership and team management skills
- People oriented and results driven
