Job Description
- Ensure design quality, consistency, and readiness for development handoff.
- Partner closely with the analysis and development team to determine design strategy.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure vision and execution alignment among all stakeholders.
- Ensure Agile UX methodologies are applied across all phases of the product roadmap.
- Responsible for multiple squads to effectively utilize product functionality to drive strategic company objectives
- Responsible for the delivery of an end-to-end design project for a product drives the overall design process directing designers in each step of the UX process, including:
- Project planning.
- Discovery.
- User research and analysis.
- Requirements definition.
- Conceptual design.
- Content planning.
- Interaction planning.
- Wireframing
- User Testing
- Interaction specification.
- UX UI standards.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, product, technology, brand, and marketing to bring structure, clarity, and customer focus to the design delivery for a product
Job Requirements
- Having good experience using Design Programs like:
- XD
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Sketch
- Figma
- Invision
- Having good knowledge of commercial product and/or service development environment.
- Experienced in web and mobile related businesses
- Having the ability to balance priorities, business/design trade-offs, watch and report trends.
- Having the ability to influence, mentor, and lead thinking up with team members.
- Strong and consistent user focus is demonstrated through putting the user and their needs ahead of features and technology.
- Drive effective delivery in cross-functional projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Having the awareness to understand and respond to the organizational and cultural factors in working across an international group.
- Evaluating the whole process and team members based on specific criteria to bring the best out of them.
