Job Description
- Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution.
- Communicate with the consultant to obtain the approval and then share the workshop drawings with all the concerned parties in the site.
- Conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased.
- Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare required invoices
- Making procurement plan. Daily project reports, update work progress site problem
- Estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased and reported to procurement department
Job Requirements
- Numeracy
- B.Sc of Architecture engineering is a must
- Age Limit not more than 36 years old
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Doesn't have a problem to work in sites as there is projects at New Capital
- The ability to negotiate
- Cairo Residence is a Must
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
