Daily tasks :

Job Description :

Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers.
Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
Meet sales revenue targets.
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Plan approaches and pitches.
Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Provide internal teams with the right client briefing.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

Experience 2-3 years in outdoor sales.
Experience in dealing with real state agents , brokers and sales teams in developing real state companies .
Very dynamic.
The ability to attract new clients and finish deals
The ability to contact new clients and present the company work
Salary fixed based on experience/ variable on commission basis.
Have the knowledge about new projects in Cairo
Having a strong network of contacts is preferred.
Very good command of English, communication, business writing & presentation skills
Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Good understanding and knowledge of social media platforms and their tools is a plus.
A car owner is a plus.
