Job Description
- Searching and opening new foreign markets for the company's products.
- Building and collecting customers data, contact customers and offering them our products.
- Emailing customers, offering new production, material/products pictures as per production plan.
- Following new order with production team in order to ship customers’ orders on specific time without delay.
- Satisfying clients’ needs starting from placing an order until the products are sold.
- Manages key client and customer relationships to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Representing the company in all internal and external events, exhibitions, trade visits, and seminars related to the company's exports.
- Negotiating prices, payment terms and conditions, and maintaining clients’ satisfaction.
- Follow up the implementation of the customers’ production orders according to the required specifications and the agreed period.
- Coordinate the orders with the Operation department to correspond with operation schedule.
- Create Social Media content and digital marketing developing include SEO and ads Campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English (Spanish Or French Or Germany plus is preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in export sales. (Building materials background is preferred)
- Strong Sales Closure.
- New Market Entry Experience.
- Aware of export process and documentation.
- Good in social media marketing tools and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication skills & presentation skills.
- Email correspondence experience.
- Good planning, organizing and management skills.
- Customer Oriented.
