- Set and Manage a recruitment plan based on the fact of the approved workforce plan to meet the strategic goals have been set by the upper management.
- Make sure that the hospital policies are effectively applied without any misleads. And that the employee is fully aware of the employee handbook.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs & to predict any employees’ problems that might happens to avoid early resignations by terminating hanged issues.
- Recommend, agree and implement talent attraction strategies in a timely manner, addressing the immediate and forecasted recruitment priorities of the organization.
- Ensure all recruitment and selection activity works in alignment with Andalusia group’s vision, values, strategic plan and requires standards.
- Support the recruitment budgeting process, monitoring and reporting spend against plan and providing management information reports as relevant.
- Maintain the Recruitment process according to the plan.
- Conducting & handling interviews for the senior and managerial job positions.
- Schedule meeting to sign exclusive contract with the top management & on boarding with all related department.
- Follow up offers to exclusive accepted candidates, negotiating to meet candidate expectation and receive their confirmation.
- Support with Comp. & Ben. department on salary survey process.
- Support & follow up with recruitment team to record daily activities, tasks & coordinate with recruitment team on open vacancies.
- Work with managers to ensure that fair and robust selection processes are followed; ensuring correct skills and behaviors are placed in the right roles.
- Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed, escalating any concerns appropriately.
- Follow up on team delivery of Daily Reports.
- Resolving employees issues & retain the skillful candidates.
- Provide advice, coaching and support to recruitment team.
- Develop strong business relationships with leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Motivational and mentorship skills for the additional development of the team.
- Identify future talent issues, developing career paths to ensure continuous professional development and sustainable succession planning activity for the team.
