Job Description
Supports and maintains the highest levels of IT support at the TKH for computer systems, desktops, and peripherals that includes (installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance).
- Maintains and resolve issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, Biometric,
Video systems and other computing equipment.
- Ensures desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems
- Supports in testing and deployment of new applications and systems.
- Installs and configuring computer hardware, software, systems,
networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitors and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responds in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Provides technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Sets up accounts for new users.
- Repairs and replaces equipment as necessary.
- Maintains security strategies.
- Ensures compliance with IT policies & procedures.
Job Requirements
- Possess high level of Operating systems, Hardware and software configuration techniques
- Knows how to respond in ticket-based support system.
- Has a good knowledge & experience in Different OS (Windows, MAC OS, .. .etc.) & HW, Microsoft Office & applications support.
- Years of Experience: 0 to 3
- Education: Bachelor of Computer Science/ Computer Engineering
- Skills: Communication skills, Time Management, Problem solving.
