Job Description
- Co-coordinating technical/commercial meetings to ensure post-tender clarifications are addressed & raised in time to get better Contract BOQs submission.
- A clear understanding of the scope of work & best estimation with respect to the execution of the project.
- Responsible to verify detailed quantity take-offs from tender documentation.
- Ensuring completeness of Sub-contract packages and availability of Sub-contract offers well in time.
- Ensuring the Indirect Cost Estimate is correctly prepared and considered in different items.
- Working with the Procurement department to ensure Vendor's Technical and Commercial Bid Evaluations are completed in a timely manner, in addition to assisting in pricing & the relevant BOQs.

- B.Sc. in Engineering
- English is a must.
- 5 - 7 years of experience.
- Experience in dealing with complex tenders.
- Experience in contract negotiation in a commercial environment.
- General MS Office Program skills.
- Good knowledge on Autocad.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
