Job Description

  • Organize and supervise the activities and work to ensure that all work within a specific area of the General section activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of general section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
  • Providing administrative support to chairman such Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Create and coordinate all correspondences, memos, faxes, E-mails and all other related activities required by chairman Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail outgoing emails & keep important and confidential emails.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel
  • Working closely with all managers / Directors  to update progress and accomplishment  of all  business assignments as per the chairman directions
  • Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards 
  • preparation of timely and accurate reports of General section to meet department requirements, policies and standards
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in managerial field including at least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities 
  • Excellent command in Microsoft office. 
  • Professional Internet user. 
  • English: Fluent. 
  • good interpersonal and time management skills
  • reliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential matters
