Human Resource Business Partner

KEF Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Human Resource Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all Human Resource functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. You will work closely with various departments to provide strategic guidance and support in all areas of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates and interviewing applicants
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and plan for future workforce requirements
• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
• Provide guidance and consultation to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and facilitate the performance management process
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations, both locally and internationally
