Job Description
The Fleet Manager is one of the most impactful roles at InstaShop and we take great pride in the quality of team members that hold this role. The key would be to ensure a smooth operation of the last mile operations at InstaShop across the MENA region. As a key member of the team, your main responsibility would be control of either outbound, inbound, or reverse logistics area of operations.
Primary responsibilities
- Provide hands-on operational support for last mile implementation
- Assure the fleet always executes orders with operational excellence
- Have readily available KPIs for discussion at any moment, such as unit economics, delivery speed star rating, cancellation rate and other KPIs as defined by management
- Identify progressive tools and technology enablers that will improve efficiency
- Be the point of contact for all 3rd party last mile providers and negotiate to get on demand contracts with the best possible commercial terms
- Track improvement & progress with a biweekly report to be presented to the management team
