Job Description

Job purpose:
Responsible for acquiring merchants to Waffarha and maintain a positive relationship with an objective to maximize profit.

Responsabilities:

  • Source and develop a pool of small to medium merchants, to sign up with Waffarha and maintain active engagement with the existing ones.
  • Create opportunities and initiate business with new merchants from different potential sources (Social medica platforms, Connections, and visits)
  • Review the discount plans for the merchants on other platforms and similar suppliers.
  • Create and negotiate competitive deals with the merchants matching with the customer needs with an objective to maximize profits
  • Analyze and test the offers received from the merchant.
  • Verify all documentation received from merchant regarding their deal with Waffarha.
    Collaborate with the cross functional team to ensure that all the merchant’s needs are understood and addressed.
  • Update the existing offers with the existing merchants.
  • Act as a mediator between the merchant and the cross-functional team to pertain to the Merchants’ desires and respond to their concerns.

  • Experience in e-commerce and retail industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is a must
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Excel - Word
  • Excellent time-management & Organizational Skills
