Job Description
- Responsible for Follow-up the administrative work in Depots & Plants with the management of an integrated archive of employees' files.
- Partner with HRBP & TA Teams to attract the right employees, complete their hiring and ensure that all necessary hiring documents are completed.
- Partner with HRBP, OD, L&D, and Benefits Departments in any business related to the Depots & Plants (Interviews, JD Signatures, low performer’s process, Performance Program, needed Training, benefit location suggestion).
- Ensure that all needed vehicles/vans have gone out to the market on time (before 10 am), through ensuring that the required manpower and relief force is present.
- Ensure that the first and second transportation truckloads are performed by ensuring that the necessary labor is present until all trucks are manned.
- Address and solve all employee complaints and requests, in coordination with the HRBP and Central HR Departments.
- Responsible for employee data accuracy on the SAP system (i.e. send and follow up on all changes).
- Ensure the implementation of decisions issued by the legal department related to investigations and penalties.
- Ensure site compliance with requirements of the labor, insurance, and health offices and that site passes any visits therefrom without any points.
- Daily Report on the vehicles Departure time due to manpower reasons.
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years experience in Human Resourcing
- Relevant Experience in HR Operations or business partnering
- Experience of labor law and social insurance.is preferred
- Experience working in FMCGs is preferred
