Job Description
Training & Development:
- Conduct an On-boarding program for the new hires
- Collect training needs from the entire departments of the company
- Contact training providers to gather training technical and financial proposals to prepare the annual training plan
- Implement the approved internal/external training plans in coordination with the concerned parties inside/outside the company
- Compare the training proposals and recommend the appropriate ones
- Finalize the procedures of all training programs’ expenditures in coordination with the financial department
- Evaluate all training programs conducted and analyze the participants’ assessments to measure the return of these training
- Arrange and prepare all the training supplies with the concerned parties before the training starts
- Record all training (external/internal) conducted on the HRIS
- Archive all training documents
- Coordinating all Technical Seminars inside / outside Egypt with the concerned parties inside / outside the company
- Design the training material
Performance Management:
- Develop KPIs for the new jobs
- Review the current KPIs, and their effectiveness and relativeness
- Implement the periodic appraisals (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly) and follow-up with the department managers to finalize their subordinates’ appraisals
- Analyze the appraisals and recommend valid solutions for any performance issues
- Review the progress of achieving departments’ objectives in coordination with the department managers
- Participate in developing the Corporate Competency Index
- Participate in developing a High-Performance Work Systems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and additional certification in HR is a plus
- 4–7 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar roles
- Ability to communicate with all job levels
- Males preferred
- Continuous learner, and has a holistic overview of things
- Flexible and able to propose effective solutions for any challenges that might arise
- Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning
- Availability to travel and visit our sites, as needed
- Excellent Computer skills, and familiar with any statistical analysis software solutions is preferred
