Job Description
- Study responsible zone drawings in order to prepare Material, Equipment and Man-hours requirements list based on project priorities and time schedule.
- Supervise sub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to Site Manager in order to tack necessary actions.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Coordinate with Quality control department schedule of inspections / tests and tack any corrective action if required.
- Prepare daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles need to solve.
- Supervise subcontractor and labors to ensure all safety & quality requirements are applied in all site activities.
- Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at the site that may arise at any time.
- Coordinate with Architecture and structure teams during preparing shop drawing or during construction.
- Supports the MEP Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the mechanical groups at site.
- Have the ability to work in site supervising installation and performing required site activities.
- Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at the site that may arise at any time.
- Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferable University of Helwan, High technologies of 10th of Ramadan , Modern Academy, Ain Shams and Cairo .
- Experience from 4 to 8 years
- Experience at commercial & residential Projects
- Excellence in Excel
- Excellence in business writing and reporting
- Site Location at New Capital
