Job Description
- Managing production process for each product to ensure the product quality consistency
- Ensure the implementation of global quality standards
- Reacting adequately to the quality-related market concerns
- Follow up the food safety and standards required by the Food Safety Institution
- Prepare audit planning, non-conformity reports
- Formulate, document, and maintain ongoing quality control standards
- Maintain an active role in improving and developing teams
- Create, document, and implement inspection criteria and procedures
- Design, develop and implement quality control training programs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in agriculture, science, or veterinary
- 10 years of experience in dairy and cheese production
- Expert in dairy and all cheese types production
- Scientific background
- Males only
