Coordinate and monitor all incoming/outgoing activities (the receipt and dispatch of goods)related to inventory and warehouse stock.
Maintain adequate levels of warehouse stock based on requirement determined by the Marketing.
Conduct physical inventory of warehouse stock as least a year.
Keep stock control systems up to date and ensure inventories are accurate.
Provide inventory reports on a periodic basis.

Assist in the customer service work activities such as:.

Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organization’s internal CRM/mainframe systems and customer purchase orders.
Issue Invoices to be send to customer
Request freight quotes to the nominated freight forwarder
Calculate shipping/handling charges based on products ordered
Issue POs and send to Supplier
Communicate order updates to customers (product availability and estimated delivery dates)
Determine and prepare/obtain the shipping documents needed
Schedule shipments based on customer needs and supplier conditions
Communicate shipping instructions to freight forwarder
Track incoming and outgoing shipments
Any other tasks assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Good in written and verbal English; knowledge of Arabic language desirable
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge in stock taking and warehouse inventory.
Demonstrates acute attention to detail
Ability to quickly react, adapt, find alternatives when faced with unexpected changes
Must work well under pressure
Be able to juggle many orders simultaneously
Excellent sense of priorities
