Summary
Customer retention is critical to the growth of any business as it is a way of creating lifetime loyal customers and higher value for a store. Offline merchants (specifically small and medium-sized restaurants and cafes) struggle to keep their customers coming back.
Our ambition is to make Nugttah the top-of-mind digital solution for all F&Bs as they expand and open new ventures.
Nugttah’s offers unparalleled value to F&B, to scale faster using:
- Data analytics insights: Retain your customers by anticipating their demands and preferences, and gain new ones by understanding your current performance & behavioral trends
- Contactless pre-order service: attract more customers by offering “convenience” through pick-up service to save time & skip the line.
- Customizable loyalty programs: retain customer through promotions, gift cards, and loyalty points
In the past 6 months we’ve reached:
- 900,000 users (only 70k pickup users)
- 400 branches (100 branches activating the pickup)
Our business model is
- Annual subscription from branches ($200 per branch)
- 5% from each pickup orders
The annual subscription is very low as we were expecting the pickup to be very high, but we have around 900k users but only 70k used the pickup. Monthly we have 200k transaction, only 10k. We have a potential here, but we want to encourage them to use the pickup. Right now, they use the app to collect the points. We want them to order ahead as well.
We have 2 ways to look at the growth in our solution
- B2B We need to increase the total stores with us
- B2C We need the users to use the preorder ahead feature and the gift card
Also, we want to make sure the 900,000 are utilizing the app and use it on a daily basis

Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing

Marketing Specialist Responsibilities
- Building & executing digital marketing strategy
- Designing digital campaigns to drive traffic and engagement, and lead generation across all relevant digital and social channels through different social media models, such as PPC, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPI, and CPL.
- Overseeing and managing user acquisition campaigns—branding, content marketing, and retargeting to reach, engage, and acquire potential customers with a strong focus on associated KPIs.
- Running needed (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) reports on performance, campaign charts, ROI, KPI, and marketing strategies based on surrounding circumstances to make weekly and monthly campaign reports using Metabase, google analytics, Google data studio and Hubspot.)
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate the content creation process between the growth team and the creative team and make sure the creatives meet the requirements and create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Managing SEO activities (on-page, and off-page) complementing our SEM activities.
- Train sales and customer success teams on messaging around product features and benefits
- Translate product features into prospect benefits and communicate product value to the market
