Job Description

- Plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency

  • - Help the organization’s processes remain Customer compliant
  • - Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • - Manage budgets and forecasts
  • - Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • - Find ways to increase quality of customer service
  • - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • -Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • -Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

 

Job Requirements

  • -Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
  • -Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • -Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • -Excellent communication skills
  • -Leadership ability
  • -Outstanding organizational skills
  • -Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
