Job Description
- He is responsible for planning and design in the area of Electrical and plumbing System on In our administrative and commercial buildings
- Review Shop drawing, specification and cost estimates for the Electrical, and Plumbing and the quantity surveyor process
- Design, develop, and test electrical devices and equipment, including communications systems, power generators, motors and navigation systems,
- To follow up MEP subcontractors on site and do proper coordination/ documentation with them
- Follow up MEP contractor technically and monitor their quality of work.
- Follow up the MEP work with the consultant and make proper coordination with them.
- Follow up all submittals and shape drawing accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Electrical University degree in Engineering.
- Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications.
- At least 4 years of construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing Commercial, administrative and hotels ,hospitals projects.
- Construction procedures and practices.
- Work location will be at the New capital Site with transportation
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
