Job Description
- Prepare, review, revise, and maintain business and technical documents, including software, systems engineering and user guide documentation.
- Updates, edits, and proofreads written materials such as product manuals, user manuals, how-to guides, and FAQs.
- Create scripts for video tutorials.
- Create video tutorials for software products.
- Write, edits, and help sections updates User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) copy.
- Works closely with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and product marketing team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years’ industry experience as an effective technical writer.
- Software development experience.
- Professional writing in both English & Arabic.
- Proofreading, grammar, and editing skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects, with an eye for prioritization.
