Job Description
We are looking for an E-Commerce sales Managerwith extensive experience in e-commerce management and a passion for the beauty and personal care industry. If you have the required expertise and skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies and plans aligned with business objectives to drive online sales growth
- Manage, maintain, and update the e-commerce platform , ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers.
- Launch and manage effective promotional campaigns, discounts, bundles, and upsell tactics to increase AOV (Average Order Value) and conversion rates.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to increase market share in the beauty e-commerce space.
Performance Marketing Management
- Lead and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Monitor and improve ad performance .
- Optimize ad budgets and targeting for maximum results.
- Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling offers, product stories, and campaign messaging that drives sales.
Conversion & User Journey Optimization
- Collaborate with the web team to improve UX/UI, product pages, and overall shopping experience.
- Implement conversion tools like cart abandonment recovery, exit popups, and loyalty offers.
- Always keep the store visually appealing and performance optimized.
Analytics & Reporting
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on traffic, conversions, sales channels, and ad performance.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Hotjar to study user behavior and suggest improvements.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to boost results.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to launch coordinated campaigns (ads – influencers – content).
- Coordinate with customer service to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience.
- Build partnerships with influencers or affiliates to drive targeted sales.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing e-commerce stores, preferably in the beauty and personal care industry.
- Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Wordpress, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Experience in running digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Proficiency in WooCommerce and WordPress, with the ability to regularly update product listings and content.
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing tools
- Experience with website analytics tools .
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions based on data and analysis.
