Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the CFO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, ensuring timely follow-ups, meeting deadlines, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations and documents. •Maintain organized filing systems for financial records
- Assist in the coordination of financial projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved
- Compile and summarize financial data for reports or presentations and conduct basic financial research if needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience supporting C-level executives ideally in finance or accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Fluent in English is a must.
