Job Description
- BioEnergy is the leading company in the Egyptian market of Alternative Fuels for the cement industry.
- In this role, you will benefit from extensive training and development of your professional skills and personality from a multinational team of professional who grew the company from scratch to million of pounds.
- Moreover as business development specialist you will interact with professionists from around the world, either from the business field or from international organizations.
As Business Development Specialist you will be responsible of carry on the following tasks:
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and etc.
- Identify challenges and opportunities for the development of the company.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners and customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Identify and develop academic partnerships for the development of R&D activities of the company.
- Identify program and initiatives of UN agencies and donors targeting green economy and sustainability.
- Identify and participate in networking events.
- Prepare and implement meeting with potential partners and customers.
- Support the Business Development Manager in developing of negotiating and positioning strategies by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals.
- Support the Business Development Manager in the development of business and market strategies and related targets.
- Support the Business Development Manager in the development and update of corporate identity tools and social media.
Job Requirements
- The desired candidate should be graduated in economics and or business.
- He/she should be graduated from sciences, chemical or mechanical engineer but with proven experience and skills in business development.
- He/she should be proactive, ambitious and eager to develop his skills and personality.
- He/she should have excellent writing and verbal skills in English and preferably in Arabic too.
- He/she should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to organize his/her tasks independently.
- Background in sale and business development
- Good knowledge of French and passion for the environment and waste management is a plus.
