Job Description
We are looking for a project engineer to work for a Design Firm, that specializes in designing a residential building, commercial buildings and villas
Main Job Duties:
- Supervise, review all site work
- Ensure that the project as per setting out plan
- Ensure that the progress at site is as per approved time schedule
- Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
- inspect work done , samples, materials ,ensuring compliance with project documents and according to the client requirements
- Follow up and supervising all the inspection requests
- Day-to-day supervision of the site , including supervising and monitoring the progress
- Preparing reports on work progress
- Report any difficulties and other problems may arise at the site
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
Job Requirements
- Experience with engineering consulting companies is a MUST
- Excellent knowledge of International/Local codes and standards.
- 6-10 years of experience in Supervision & Design
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering
- Strong computer skills, including AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
- Very good English
- Ability to work under pressure and stay extra works if needed.
