Job Description
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all finishing works (Turn Key Projects)
- Overall supervision and monitoring of the subcontractor’s daily construction activities
- Follow-up to ensure execution of works is carried out at the highest quality in accordance with the standard industry practices (Finishing Works Quality Assurance)
- Review and certify the payment certificates for the subcontractors
Job Requirements
- Preferred Engineering graduates Department of Architecture or applied arts Department of Decoration or faculty of fine arts Department of decoration
- Hands on experience in supervision, coordination with activity sequencing and handing over of works
- Strong finishing background with eye to detail
- Capable of reading drawing and schematics
- Good interpersonal skill and a team player
- Excellent communication skill – both Arabic and English
