Job Description
- Supervise, direct and oversee to build business growth for the company in the regional & international level.
- Identify, review & analyze new business opportunities/ventures.
- Will be in charge of acquiring new clients/prospects through new trends, innovations and strategies in the digital aspect of marketing.
- Lead the business development team
- Achieve the team's financial target.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Must have minimum 7 years’ experience in business development
- Demonstrate effective leadership and people management skills - managing a team of 10-15
- Strong communication, planning & strategic skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Very good in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
