Job Description

  • Supervise, direct and oversee to build business growth for the company in the regional & international level.
  • Identify, review & analyze new business opportunities/ventures. 
  • Will be in charge of acquiring new clients/prospects through new trends, innovations and strategies in the digital aspect of marketing. 
  • Lead the business development team
  • Achieve the team's financial target.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Must have minimum 7 years’ experience in business development 
  • Demonstrate effective leadership and people management skills - managing a team of 10-15
  • Strong communication, planning & strategic skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Very good in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
