Job Description: Product Specialist (ENT Surgical Instruments)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Specialist with a background in ENT surgical instruments to join our team at Amico Group Company. This position will be based in Riyadh and will require coverage of both KSA and Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Marketing:

   - Drive the sales and marketing efforts for our ENT surgical instruments, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

   - Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the market and increase product awareness.

   - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.

2. Technical Support:

   - Provide technical support to customers, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

   - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.

   - Stay up to date with the latest advancements in ENT surgical instruments and provide product knowledge to customers.

3. Product Training:

   - Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on the proper use and handling of our ENT surgical instruments.

   - Develop training materials and resources to support product education.

   - Work closely with the sales team to identify training needs and opportunities.

4. Marketing Strategy:

   - Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our ENT surgical instruments.

   - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including brochures, presentations, and digital marketing materials.

   - Participate in industry conferences and events to showcase our products and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in the field of ENT surgical instruments.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of ENT surgical instruments and their applications.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to customers.

- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.

- Flexibility to travel within KSA and Bahrain as required.

- Valid driver's license.
