Job Description
General Purpose:
Achieve the company’s objectives in terms of developing strategic relationships with Lighting consultants, and delivering the necessary support to sales operations in terms of communication with key customers and consultants.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Prepare and deliver technical presentation to demonstrate the specification to customers
- Create and implement a communication plan with consultants and key customers to strengthen the relationship with the company.
- Arrange demonstrations for consultants to showcase the latest and most relevant Lighting.
- Gather data on competitors and analyze their price.
- Deliver the necessary technical support in terms of primary designs or specifications to consultants.
- Analyzing, monitoring, maintain and increase business share.
- Approaching new customers and searching for new projects.
- Identify and research potential clients
- Manage to increase the number and relevancy of our consultant’s data base.
- Support in sales operations and activities to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
- Coordinate with Lighting Pre-sales team to submit offers, designs and trainings.
- Support and provide the management team with various kinds of required reports that could help and participate in reviewing the performance results on regular basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar field.
- Have good connection with consultants.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Familiarity with the industry including equipment, logistics and supply-chain management
- Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
- High level of facilitation skills including interactive/ communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Arabic & English languages (written and spoken).
- Must be mobile; the job will involve some traveling.
