Gather, organize and analyze data to develop automation solutions.
Document findings of the study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or automation.
Design, evaluate, and recommend system modifications and/or enhancements, Workflow, Processes, and reports.
Work closely with the strategic teams, business, and technology partners to ensure that the proposed functional and technical design will meet the requirementsof the business and comply with the internal IT standards and guidelines.
Prepare manuals and train employees on newly implemented solutions to ensure their successful functioning of them.
Participate in all aspects of implementation project life cycle and implementing workflow cycles
Responsible for configuring and preparing the customization specs for the Microsoft Dynamics solution to achieve the business requirements.
Responsible for documenting the business requirements and defining the actions that must take and the expected outcomes.
Work effectively with other support teams and help the Desk team to resolve customer issues.
Fixing / following up on any issues in the system
Tune system performance in coordination with the IT Infra team.

Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics F&O including building workflows and customizing GUI and reports.
Solid experience in MS SQL Server
Should possess hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, extending, and integrating MS Dynamics F&O
Very good knowledge of business analysis and requirements documentation.
Experience in developing API middleware and integration with third-party applications
Have a current certification of Dynamics 365 F&O Apps Developer (Preferred)
Very good English language
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
