Job Description
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify and implement best practices to optimize processes and workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
- Implement robust control measures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address compliance gaps
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team.

- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage logistics operations, including transportation and distribution.

- Implement Lean Six Sigma projects to optimize processes.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. • Master's degree (preferred).
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
- 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical field.
- Experience in implementing and managing operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry
