Job Description
- Prepare Shop drawings and Technical submittals.
- Prepare RFI's for all missing information and data.
- Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, or installation standards or specifications for (HVAC, Fire Fitting and Plumbing).
- Follow the instruction and tasks given by the team leader.
- Design Review.
- Collaborate and Coordinate with all disciplines ( Str. , Arch., Elec.) either through 3D models or CAD.
- Help in the execution of clash review reports.
- Ability to review vendors and select proper material suitable for project.
- Prepare technical proposals by reviewing tender documents/ drawings, prepare technical offers.
- Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at the site that may arise at any time.
- Utilize software skills in enhancing work quality and presentation.
- Knowledge and experience in infrastructure networks is an advantage.
Job Requirements
- Experience with 3 to 6 years.
- Extensive experience in drafting software ( AutoCAD).
- Good experience in BIM/modeling-related software (Revit MEP), and Navisworks manage is an advantage.
- Experience in networks.
