Job Description
- Use the companies database of existing customers and contact them regularly.
- Use the product knowledge to find new and potential customers and develop sales.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
- Understand customer process, needs, expectations and requirements to provide a relevant solution and support based on needs and financial capacities
- Handle and Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Coordinate with the Technical Team for proper estimation and technical offerings
- Prepare Technical and Commercial offers and submit them to customers within closing dates.
- Book the awarded POs and Transfer the execution to the delivery/PM team.
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly quotas.
- Maintain the Gross Margin as instructed by management.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
- Operate the CRM (customer relationship management) systems and ensure authentic information is available with the company
- Submit weekly Sales reports
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: Fluency in English.
- Solid understanding of solution selling
- Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate over the phone.
- Self-management with autonomy to succeed and achieve goals.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales
- Knowledge and proficiency with technology tools such as CRM, and Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Sales/ Presales/channel management experience.
- Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills
- You have the ability to plan, prioritize, organize and communicate/sell effectively
- You have experience in Sales Management ideally in B2B Inside Sales in technology business.
- You have excellent collaboration, negotiation/influencing skills in a diverse, complex and dynamic environment
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering,
- You have attended business and sales trainings and accumulated work experience.
- Females are preferred for this job, but males are also acceptable.
