Job Description

  • The After Sales Support – Policy Management Officer is accountable for reviewing and maintain the TOB by checking the eligibility and exclusions program prior clients approvals. This position requires a thorough understanding of medical treatments and admission process.
  • The individual is responsible for ensuring that clinical and administrative intake services are provided for patients.
  • In addition to that, he is responsible for creating the products of the policies on the system.
  • Review of table of benefits inclusions, exclusions, limits, and sub-limits in order to ensure applicability and adaptability of policy terms and conditions with NEXtCARE system and  process or to do the needed modification in the internal process.
  • Applying the TOB terms and exclusion on the MOB by creating the products of the policies on TATSH
  • Payers and clients communications.
  • Coordination with all parties to understand all treatment plans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience from 1 - 3 years
  • Medical insurance background is a must.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, PowerPoint & Excel, and Outlook) and general Internet navigation and research skills Show flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and project coordination experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Females are preferred
