Job Description
- Make the balances for sales reps on Excel sheet.
- Make a random inventory on any of the sales reps. and the warehouse.
- Input the incentives of our clients on the system & excel.
- Make the billings of wholesale division based on reps’ orders to be collected from the customers.
- Review the collections which the cash collectors had done on the previous day.
- Update the system with the data related to the return goods from the customers to warehousing.
- Review the signatures of the exchange permits and the authorizations related to the warehouse.
- Make an inventory for all reps and warehouses.
Job Requirements
- Education Bachelor degree in Accounting
- 1:2 years of experience in the same field.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
- Problem Solving ,Details Oriented and Concentration.
- Males Only.
