Job Description

• Provide administrative support to the project manager and team members
• Preparation of content, presentations, and communications for internal and external purposes, in direct interaction/alignment with various stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays
• Conduct data entry and database management related to project activities
• Coordinate project team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members
• Continuously monitor and improve project processes and procedures
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as required to support project success

 

Job Requirements

• Business or Administrative bachelor's degree 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and have assisted project managers on one or more projects
• Able to prioritize effectively & apply a proactive approach to day-to-day activity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and priorities
• High level of reliability, dedication, and commitment
• Experience/Degree in Entrepreneurship
• Experience in European union funded projects
