- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
- Experience with SQL databases and queries
- Expert level skills in debugging techniques
- Skilled in problem solving and troubleshooting with proven ability to enhance and improve existing procedures and practices

- Hands on experience on any ticketing management system
- Experience of deploying/installation of applications on windows platform.
- Experience of creating windows executables packages using winrar,msi etc
