Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR manager will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and boosting employee engagement, focusing on strategies that enhance recognition and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to ensure the right talent is in place.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed.
  • Design effective onboarding programs that align with the company culture.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Guide managers in setting performance standards and conducting evaluations.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to promote growth and development.
  • Identify training needs and manage training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Develop leadership development programs to build a robust leadership pipeline.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and implement necessary changes.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular HR reports to the top management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., HRCI, SHRM) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of HR experience with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of the HR operations (personnel, recruitment, and payroll).
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven record in strategic HR management and talent management practices.
  • Proficient in using HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in English.
