Job Summary:
The HR manager will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and boosting employee engagement, focusing on strategies that enhance recognition and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to ensure the right talent is in place.
- Develop and manage the HR budget.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed.
- Design effective onboarding programs that align with the company culture.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Guide managers in setting performance standards and conducting evaluations.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees to promote growth and development.
- Identify training needs and manage training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Develop leadership development programs to build a robust leadership pipeline.
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and implement necessary changes.
- Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal requirements.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present regular HR reports to the top management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., HRCI, SHRM) is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of HR experience with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of the HR operations (personnel, recruitment, and payroll).
- Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven record in strategic HR management and talent management practices.
- Proficient in using HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in English.
