Job Description

Managing, directing and following up the factory workers towards the proper utilization of the available resources of raw materials, equipment and manpower to implement the required contracts efficiently and effectively in a timely manner while achieving the company's goals in terms of ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profit.

  1. Achieving the objectives of the factory's planning budgets.
  2. Responsible for achieving the specified production targets efficiently, effectively and in the specified times.
  3. Responsible for setting procedures to address bottlenecks and remove obstacles to the progress of the production process - 
  4. Responsible for developing plans to improve the productivity of the factory in quantity and quality.
  5. Ensure the application of systems and policies regulating work within the factory and work procedures.
  6. Develop and implement the necessary plans to reduce the cost of the product while identifying deviations from the established standards. - 
  7. Developing and implementing plans to reduce the rate of reconfiguration and re-operation during production operations, as well as reducing costs (loss of each material - lighting costs).
  8. Develop and implement the necessary plans to reduce the ratio of total quality cost to production value. - 
  9. Developing the necessary measures to deal with stoppages, addressing their causes, and taking preventive measures to prevent them.
  10. Improve machinery maintenance plans.  
  11. Supervising the development of preventive maintenance plans for machines to match the established production plans. -
  12. Supervising the creation of alternative plans in cases of sudden maintenance and raising the efficiency of machine utilization

 


 

 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • education : - Bachelor's degree
  • management skills:
  • 1- Organization and negotiation skills.
  • 2- Leadership and communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  • 3- Report writing skills.
  • Previous experience: - At least 15 years of experience in industrial companies, including at least 7 years in a supervisory position in the same field. 
  • Special abilities: - Proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking MS/Office/Power Point MIS - Computer use Ability to initiate, innovate and implement innovations.
  • Training: The incumbent attends appropriate training courses that help him perform his duties with the required high efficiency.
