Job Description
- Acts as the client's representative in the company to ensure that their demands are met, focusing on improving the customer experience.
- Resolves conflicts and provides solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Identifying accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
- Develop, implement and manage Elephants Ink's social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
- Plan and publish new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
Job Requirements
- Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
- Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Bolster your network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media
- Developing advertising strategies for prospective or current clients.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure that the proposal and/or mood board the matches client's needs.
